Our A/C Installation Process

A technician will stop by your property to determine if your compressor failed and if a new a/c system is needed. Then our salesman will measure your house and equipment to determine what size unit you will need. They will provide you with 3 different unit quotes for you to choose and approve. With Inspection

1. Cleaning – 15-Point Check

As listed on the check sheet for gas, oil or heat pump and air conditioning.

2. System Inspection

The equipment will be thoroughly inspected, with a report provided on its condition.

3. Lubrication & Adjustments

Equipment components will be lubricated and checked for operation.

4. Emergency Service

Emergency service will be provided during normal working hours and on a preferential basis with a 25% discount on parts and labor.

5. Emergency Service – After Normal Working Hours

Emergency service after normal working hours is available at quoted prevailing rates, plus a trip charge.

6. Humidifiers, EAC, ERV, UV Lights, and Generators

It can be serviced at this time for an additional charge.
